| 2008 maple syrup season is now finished!
It's was kind of a disappointing year, but still lots of light and medium grades available!
We installed a brand new evaporator this year and had 68 taps, which on a normal year would produce close to 70-80 litres of maple syrup. This year was down about a third - party because of weather and party because we had a few boil overs – operator error :-(
At Heritage Hills we practice environmentally sensitive standards, which means we don't over tap our trees, and we don't use any chemicals or acids to clean our evaporators, preferring to use vinegar and a little bit of elbow grease. Also, no de-foaming agents are used, skimming the foam off with a stainless steel, mesh strainer instead.

- 500ml – plastic – $12.00
- 1 litre – plastic – $22.00
