Fresh, free-range pork now available!

The pigs have finally gone to market!

As a result, we now have a limited supply of fresh pork available for sale. Our British Black pigs spent the summer and fall doing what pigs love best; rooting around the pasture, scratching on fence posts and wallowing in mud holes.

They were so cute, we kept them around a little longer than normal! As a result, they weighed in at more than 350 pounds each giving us a nice selection of cuts which are available for sale. You can pick up a 20 lb. package of smoked bacon, ham roasts, pork chops, garlic sausage and ground pork (minced) for only $70.
