We are a 50-acre farm in beautiful Oro-Medonte. We run a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program every summer, which is an increasingly popular food distribution program in North America.

Fresh maple syrup for sale Maple syrup season will be starting up again shortly. While last year saw a late start to the season, typically we start to tap about 80 maple trees at the end of February.

We are currently SOLD OUT We are currently sold out of fresh leaf hops from 2009, but last year's plantings are doing really well so should mean a great harvest about mid-September 2010.
